Welcome to Broadmeadows Obedience Dog Club, an obedience club dedicated to happy, well-behaved dogs and responsible pet ownership catering to Broadmeadows and surrounding suburbs. Run entirely by passionate volunteers, we believe in the power of positive reinforcement to build strong bonds and enhance the well-being of every dog and owner. Our classes
We offer a variety of classes designed to meet the needs of every dog and owner, from the very first paw print to advanced obedience challenges. Our programs focus on practical skills, socialisation, and making training a fun and rewarding experience for everyone.
All puppies and dogs must be fully vaccinated before starting any classes.
Beginner obedience (Class 1)
Perfect for new dog owners, or those looking to refresh basic skills, class 1 is for dogs of any ages. From puppies to adult dogs, you will learn essential commands like sit, stay and come in a supportive environment.
Intermediate obedience (Class 2)
Our intermediate classes hone the skills learned in class 1, with more expectation on loose leads, simple and complex turns, fast pace, stand for exam, sit stays and drop stays.
Advanced obedience (Classes 3 - 5)
Our advanced classes cover off-leash control, complex command sequences, and prepare you for higher-level challenges such as slow pace, distance commands, stand stays, off lead recalls and much more.

Membership Joining Fees:
Junior (1 Child Under 16, 1 Dog) $35.00
Single (1 Person, 1 Dog) $80.00
Dual (2 Persons, 2 Dogs) $140.00
Family (2 Adults, 2 Children Under 16) $165.00
Membership Renewal Due 1st July Each Year:
All membership Types $40.00
Weekly Training Fee: $2.00 which entitles members to a cup of coffee or tea before training
